What you are reserving

Enrollment is for the full 10-week session. Each weekly time slot is one fixed day and time: 10 classes of 45 minutes, starting January 5, 6 & 7 (the first Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Tuition is $350 per time slot (10 classes at $35). Families may reserve more than one slot; Tuesday and Thursday, for example, is two classes a week for 10 weeks, 20 classes, $700. Shark Swim does not sell individual classes; one-off coaching is offered through private lessons.

Deposit

A $50 deposit per weekly time slot holds your swimmer's place in that slot for the whole session (two slots is a $100 deposit), and is charged by card through Square when you enroll. The deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to tuition: for one time slot the remaining balance is $300. A place is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

Balance

The balance is due in cash before your swimmer's first class. If a balance has not been paid by the first class, Shark Swim may release the place to a family on the waitlist.

Refunds and cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable, whenever you cancel. Tuition already paid for classes not yet held is refunded if Shark Swim cancels the session or cannot offer a suitable alternative time.

Missed classes and make-ups

Each time slot includes 1 make-up class for illness, travel, or a rough day. Make-ups are scheduled with the coaches, subject to space, and do not carry over to another session.

Safety

Please tell us in the notes at enrollment about anything the coaches should know, including medical conditions, allergies, and accommodations. A parent or guardian must remain on site during class for swimmers under six unless agreed otherwise with the coaches.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private. Shark Swim reviews each new family before the first class and may contact you to confirm details.
